If someone is in danger, call 10111
Ubonile is not an emergency service. Nobody here can send help to you, so please use the numbers on this page first.

After a crime, in this order
This is general guidance, not legal or medical advice. It is what almost every case needs first.
- 1
Get safe
Move somewhere you are not in danger, and be with people you trust if you can. Your safety comes before any evidence. - 2
Call 10111
Say where you are and what happened. If the call does not connect, go to the nearest police station. - 3
Open a case
Ask a police officer to open a case. You can do this at a police station. - 4
Ask for two things
Your CAS number, which is the number of your case, and the name of the investigating officer with a way to reach them. Write both down.
With a case number, we can ask the people who were there
Ubonile asks nearby camera owners and neighbours whether they saw or recorded anything, and passes it to the investigating officer. It does not replace the police and it does not replace a case.
