We count links, never people. There is no tracking of individuals, and you will never see who opened a link or who answered a request.
What we ask of you
- Share requests as they are. A person has already checked the wording. Do not add names, guesses or descriptions of people.
- Keep speculation out of the group. Our community rules say what we refuse, and they apply to what you add too.
- Do not collect footage yourselves. It goes through the request link, straight to the investigating officer. A partner never receives evidence, and never sees who sent it.
- Use your own name. We may withdraw a badge if a group misuses it.
Free, and what may cost money later
We want to be clear about this before you spend any time on us.
The free promise
Everything on this page is free for community groups: the badge, the area feed, sharing, the join link and the reach figures. We will not put a price on them later.
What may be paid
Security companies and estates will have separate, paid tools later, such as private incident registers and requests across their own camera networks. Before we charge any security company, we will take legal advice on the rules that cover private security work.
Evidence is never for sale. Not to a partner, not to anyone.
